What's the $199 setup fee?

A one-time fee billed at signup on Starter, Growth, and Business when you choose monthly billing. It's waived automatically if you pay annually upfront, and waivable on Enterprise.

What happens at the cap?

The plan stops you from publishing the next card or seat. You can one-click opt into overage (billed monthly at the listed per-extra price), or upgrade to the next tier — no surprise charges either way.

Can I bring my own domain?

Custom domains (e.g. cards.acme.com) are an Enterprise feature with SSL via CNAME. All other tiers use your own subdomain on clickandconnect.app.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes — annual billing is roughly 17% off (10× monthly = 2 months free) and waives the $199 setup fee on paid tiers.
